    Located in the heart of downtown Fort Wayne, Copper Spoon takes pride in our nationally recognized bar program & award winning, locally sourced food. Local owners, Gary & Kelly Skeel, have cultivated a restaurant that has grown far beyond its beginnings as "Wine Down". Initially opened in March 2015, the restaurant evolved to have a craft cocktail & spirits focused bar program, rebranding as Copper Spoon in 2018 to reflect this growth.

    Today, our drink menu offers over 130 classic cocktails, seasonally rotating creative house cocktails, wine, & nearly 1000 spirits. Many of our bartenders are nationally recognized competitors, and we aim to continue to push the boundaries of cocktails.

    Our talented culinary team works hard to offer a seasonally changing menu & house made desserts. We are committed to fostering the local food community by building and maintaining partnerships with various local suppliers and farmers, prioritizing the use of locally sourced ingredients whenever possible.​​
